This policy explains what information meadowbloomneuro.com collects when you visit it, and what we do with it. The website is run by Meadowbloom Center for Pediatric Neurology ("we", "us").
Your child's health information
Your child's health information is protected by a federal law, HIPAA. How we use and share it is explained in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is separate from this policy. This policy covers only the website.
Please do not send health information through this website or by email. The website does not ask for medical information, and our email is not set up for it. Please bring questions about your child's care to your child's appointment.
What we collect
- When you sign up for updates: your name and email address. The signup form also records your IP address and the type of browser you used.
- When you visit any page: like every website, our web host's servers automatically record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the date and time.
- Fonts: your browser downloads the website's font from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), a public content delivery network. jsDelivr receives your IP address and browser details when it sends the font.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies to track visitors. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers, chat tools or session recording. We do not knowingly collect information from children; the signup form is for parents and guardians.
How we use it
We use your name and email address only to send you news about the practice, including when we open. We use the technical records only to run, secure and fix the website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:
- with the companies that run the website for us: Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email, and jsDelivr, which delivers the font;
- when the law requires it, such as a court order; and
- to protect the safety of patients, staff or the public, or the security of the website.
How long we keep it
We keep signup details only as long as we need them to send these updates, or until you ask us to remove them. Our web host keeps its server records under its own rules.
Your choices
To stop receiving updates, or to see, correct or delete your signup details, email hello@meadowbloomneuro.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change what it does when it receives one.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or email system is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send health information through them.
Links to other websites
Our Resources page links to outside organizations. Their websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
